Location of hotel is very central and is convenient to metro, shopping, museums and restaurants. However, it's not on a busy street so is relatively quiet. The hotel is decorated very nicely as well and rooms, albeit small, were very clean.
Room was very small and there was no shower, only a bathtub.
Breakfast could have offered more - with no big additional costs.
Location is very good and reception staff very nice
Didn't notice the fact that I asked for twin beds hence the one double bed was very small.
Staff were very friendly and the location is basically perfect!
The rooms are a bit small, but this is central Paris...
The staff is friendly and nice, ready o help.
1. Awfull location. Despite the lacation is in the center, the street is too noisy, we couldn't sleep for the first night at all. After, we asked to change the room, the second one was without a window at all :). There are some cafes for young people in front of the hotel, so they stay there for the whole nihgts. It semed to me even dangerous to be there in the evenings. 2. Rooms are hardly to move around, too small. There was not even a place to put our luggage. 3. The hotel does not worth its prices at all. I would never go there again.
Bed very comfortable, air conditioning was awesome and very needed. The rooms are small but nicely updated and comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting Paris attractions, lots of cafes, shopping. Good windows are a must as they party loudly all night in Paris. The windows at this hotel completely blocked the noise, yet allowed for fresh air and great scenery when open, very Paris!
The location of the hotel is perfect in the centre. Smaller room but according to exeptations. Nice furbishing in general and cleaned properly
The shower was broken and we where not informed about this. Room is very small and the hotel staff thought it was more important talking to housekeeping on the phone then arranging our bill upon check out. No efforts made by staff providing extra information when asked for.
central location next to Chatelet / Les Halles, free internet
very small room, not very clear bathroom
the location is unbeatable, a short walk to so many central paris sites & 50m from the metro station .
its not cheap & the rooms are small
Close to all the Paris sights, shops and metro. Beautiful decor
The area has some undesirable people roaming around. Not the hotel's fault.
The hotel was so clean and in the most perfect location we loved than they held our bags for use after we checked out and could go collect them near to the time of our train, me and my partner don't have a bad word to say and will defiantly be using this hotel again in the future.
the room is actually pretty noise (outside noise - as expected) but the water pipes in the room are a nightmare
Great location especially if you arrive in Paris by train.
Rooms are very small.
Too small to accomodate a young child (9 years) in the same room.
Have stayed at this hotel before in a smaller room. The suites are a far better alternative if travelling with children as there are two beds (rather than a mattress on the floor). Room was very spacious for Paris, nicely decorated, airconditioned, very clean and quiet. Reception staff are friendly and can speak English. There is a small lift. Location is very handy to the Louvre, Notre Dame and Chatelet metro station. Heaps of restaurants/bars close by
Wifi doesn't work in the rooms.
